One of our keys to success is being willing to mitigate perceived risks through creative problem solving, downside protection, and hands-on management. We are patient and methodical in our investment strategy and are willing to wait for the right acquisition opportunities.

Our intent is to develop relationships with counterparties (buyers, sellers, lenders, or tenants) that create trust and respect. On the sell-side we don't squeeze every dollar out of every sale, and on the buy-side we create a liquidity event for unique and difficult to sell assets. Our goal is to be friendly and reasonable in all our business dealings and not to participate in unpleasant relationships.
